8-10 years experience Post-college/university with broad experience in health, education and research projects.


Senior Electrical Design Engineers


London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Warrington


8-10 years experience Post-college/university with broad experience in commercial, office, or industrial, retail, leisure areas.


Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineers


London and Birmingham


3-4 years experience Post-college/university with experience on commercial projects.


Intermediate Electrical Design Engineers


London, Glasgow and Birmingham


3-4 years experience Post-college/university with experience on commercial projects.


Trainees, Mechanical and Electrical 


London


Graduate, A level or GCSE school-leavers with passes in English, mathematics and science subjects.



All trainees are provided with a structured training programme that leads to membership of the professional institutions involved in our industry.
There are three levels of entrance as follows:

 


GCSE Level


Attend college to obtain B-Tech · Continue onto Higher National Certificate/Diploma in Engineering


A Level


Attend college to obtain Higher National Certificate in Engineering

On obtaining HNC or with A Level it is possible to enter a day release degree course.


Graduate Trainees


Training given directed towards obtaining Chartered Status.

All staff are offered and encouraged to participate in Continued Professional Development (CPD) by attendance at (i) technical papers given at the practice facilities and elsewhere, (ii) research assignments on products and systems on behalf of the practice and (iii) reading technical papers.
