All trainees are provided with a structured training
programme that leads to membership of the professional institutions
involved in our industry.
There are three levels of entrance as follows:

GCSE Level
|
Attend college to obtain B-Tech · Continue onto Higher National
Certificate/Diploma in Engineering
|
|
A Level
|
Attend college to obtain Higher National Certificate in Engineering
On obtaining HNC or with A Level it is possible to enter a day release
degree course.

|
Graduate
Trainees
|
Training given directed towards obtaining Chartered Status.
|
All
staff are offered and encouraged to participate in Continued Professional Development
(CPD) by attendance at (i) technical papers given at the practice
facilities and elsewhere, (ii) research assignments on products and systems
on behalf of the practice and (iii) reading technical papers.
